  • Can’t even open it

    Says I need to update my phone, my phone is fully updated, cannot open application. 0 stars for not being able to use it on a fully updated iPhone. I spent an hour deleting photos so I could update my phone just to have this not work
  • Good but would be better if you could make it into a widget

    Sometimes it takes a while to load and if you didn’t take a screenshot that could get annoying. But I think the app developers should make you able to make it into a widget.

    I paid for this app now they’re saying I have to update my phone to use it! Everybody doesn’t like updating their iPhone so now I can’t even use the app unless I get this stupid update. That’s ridiculous.
  • Terrible Service

    The app is telling me I need to update it in order to view my schedule but the app is fully updated and it gives me no option to contact customer service. It’s updated 5 days ago but it only having a problem now, why? This app has constant issues, it NEVER works properly and glitches constantly. I’ve had countless issues logging in and this is just another example. If you’re considering using this for your workplace, look elsewhere.

  • Good, but NEEDS a "Mark All As Read" button

    I like this app and don't have many problems with it. It works well and gets the job done. My absolute biggest grief with it though is that it ABSOLUTELY needs a "Mark All Messages As Read" button. The servers at my job send a RIDICULOUS amount of messages back and forth about their shuffling schedules, and I am not about to go through to try to open all of them. However, I also don't want to just delete ALL my messages either, but I am so absolutely sick of have 500+ notifications on my little app icon.

    Can’t even check my work schedule Bc the app won’t update because my phone doesn’t have the newer 15.0 update. It would let me redownload it… how am I supposed to see what time I have work.
  • Needs notification alert option when others release their shift

    Disappointing that there is no option to be notified whenever fellow employees release their shifts (wanting their shift to be covered by another employee). I went through ongoing emails with their “help” staff regarding this, with no helpful results. If they could add this option, this would greatly improve the app. Also, using hotschedules on a laptop/computer is a better experience than their app.

    I spent $3 on the app and you still show me advertisements in between my company messages. That is so ridiculous.
